1. Membership

By joining as a member of Ethiopia Buna SC, you agree to support the club's values and mission. Membership fees are non-refundable and provide the benefits listed in our membership section.

2. Ticketing

Tickets purchased through this portal are valid for the specified match only. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Resale of tickets at a higher price is strictly prohibited.

3. Merchandise

All sales in the official fan shop are subject to availability. We aim to deliver authentic products promptly. Returns are accepted within 14 days if the items are in original condition.

4. Code of Conduct

Fans are expected to behave respectfully at all times, both online and in the stadium. Discriminatory or offensive behavior will lead to immediate membership termination and stadium bans.

5. Liability

The club is not liable for indirect damages or losses occurring through the use of this portal, except in cases of gross negligence.
